You can read the public pages without telling us anything.
If you sign in and leave notes or record a voice message, we receive exactly what you send, together with your name — because your link identifies you.
It goes to one inbox. We do not sell it, publish it, or share it.
We do not use it to train any AI model unless you agree to that separately.
Ask us and we will delete it. No reason needed.

Who we are

This site is operated by 1only LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we,” “us”). For anything in this notice, write to 1onlyconsulting@gmail.com.

Browsing the public pages

You can read every public page without giving us anything. We set no advertising or tracking cookies and run no third-party analytics on them.

Signing in

Access is by personal link or passphrase. When you use one, we set a single cookie that records who you are so the site can show you your own material and attribute anything you send. It is strictly necessary for the service, lasts 30 days, and does nothing else. Sign out to clear it.

What you send us

We receive only what you choose to submit:

Written notes and answers you type;
Voice recordings, if you use the record button. Recording starts only when you press it and stops when you press stop. Nothing is captured otherwise, and your microphone is released as soon as you finish.

Your name is attached because your access link identifies you. That is deliberate: it is how we know whose view we are reading.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

To read your response and to improve the work. Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our lawful basis is your consent— given when you choose to send something. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect what was lawful before.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered by email to a single inbox controlled by 1only LLC. They are carried by our email provider and our hosting provider in transit. Beyond that we do not share, sell, license, or publish them, and we do not disclose them to any third party except where the law requires it.

What we never do

We do not use your submissions, recordings, or likeness to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI or machine-learning model— unless you have separately and expressly agreed to it in writing.
We do not publish your name, voice, or image anywhere without your written agreement.
We do not sell or rent anything you send.

How long we keep it

For as long as the work it relates to is live, and no longer than three years, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Ask and we will delete it, and confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your national supervisory authority. One email is enough; we do not require a form.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Non-public pages require a sign-in, and material shown there is not offered for download. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something affecting you goes wrong.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above and, where we hold your contact details, tell you.
